In the Room Request a First Read

Four tiers, scoped to the company.

Every tier runs the same engine. Scope grows with how much of the company is in the room, so expansion is a seat conversation rather than a new sale. The First Read is free and comes before any of this.

01

The tiers

Self-serve

Per seat, small team cap. Big-firm message discipline on a small team budget.

Core motion

Growth

15 seats, with per-seat pricing beyond that. Anchored against the agency retainer it disciplines or replaces.

Enterprise

Unlimited seats, scoped on personas. Multi-team rollout today; org-wide conflict detection and benchmarks when they ship.

Portfolio

Diligence diagnostics plus deployment across portfolio companies. One contract, many logos.

Land in Growth, grow into Enterprise.

02

What you are actually buying

The same engine at every tier

No tier gets a lesser model. What changes is how many teams can reach it, how many personas it holds, and whether the conflict read, once it ships, runs across the whole organization. What runs today is listed on the home page.

An anchor, not a line item

Growth is positioned against the agency retainer it disciplines or replaces. That is the comparison to make, rather than against another software subscription.

Questions about the tiers

How do the tiers work?
There are four tiers: Self-serve, Growth, Enterprise and Portfolio. Every tier runs the same engine, so the tier reflects how much of the company is in the room rather than which features are switched on. Pricing is shared on a call, after the free First Read.
Is it per seat?
Only at the smallest tier. Self-serve is per seat with a small team cap, Growth includes 15 seats with per-seat pricing beyond that, and Enterprise is unlimited seats scoped on personas instead. The intent is that expansion is a seat conversation rather than a new sale.
What happens after the First Read?
Nothing automatically. Ongoing work is scoped only after you have seen a read, so you are choosing with the findings already in front of you. Most companies that continue land in Growth and move to Enterprise when more teams start using it.
